Palma armchair is inspired by the shapes of the first spacecraft that took humans to the Moon.

A project together with Oriol Villar from 2013 to 2020.

AOO was many things, but after all was a small and independent design company with the aim of making high-quality and honest wood furniture.

Wood was the starting point for our pieces, for several reasons; for its smell, its warmth, its human scale when working with it, but above all for being the most direct material you can find in nature.

Taburete 8 is the final piece and the peak of the Familia 8 collection, which began with the chair: Silla 8.

It features a simple metal structure made from standard sections, with just a piece of plywood serving as the seat. This plywood piece curves once it is placed in position under pressure. What I like most about this stool is that it would be difficult to change or remove anything from it, since it's been optimized to the fullest.
